What is it?
The EVE Online Cargo Calculator tool is designed to help pilots calculate a number of important in game values such as the profitability or loss of a specific cargo run. The calculator allows players to set a number of factors including:
- The cargo capacity of their ship;
- The volume of space used per cargo unit;
- The purchase and sell price of the cargo unit;
- Optionally, the number of jumps between the pickup and destination points in the game
Once given these basic points of information, the calculator will immediately return the Gross Profit (or Loss) for a specific route, as well as the profit level per cubic meter and per jump (if included). These factors allow users to calculate just how profitable a trade route in EVE online is.
